Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds for Diva Premium are available within 48 hours of purchase. To be eligible, you must have encountered a major issue with a premium feature that our team was unable to resolve after a reasonable support effort.

2. How to Request a Refund

Reach out to us through our Discord support server and open a ticket. Include a clear description of the problem, what you expected to happen, and any steps you already tried to fix it.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • You changed your mind or no longer want premium after purchasing.
  • Temporary downtime due to maintenance, outages, or third-party service issues (Discord, Lavalink, etc.).
  • The request is made more than 48 hours after purchase.
  • Diva ceases operations in the future.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method. Premium features will be deactivated once the refund is issued.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of Diva Premium after changes means you accept the updated terms.
